You'll be pleased to know I'm sure that our toilet is now blocked. I am convinced it's from the mega poo which never quite left. Husband's job to tackle this weekend. And yes, I shall celebrate with wine this evening. Add in the milk, eggs, margarine and vanilla and puree till smooth. Set aside

In a large bowl, combine sweetener, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Pour the bean mixture over the flour mixture. Stir to combine. Scrape mixture into a greaseproof lined 20cm square baking pan, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with nuts.

Bake in 180C over for about 18 mins or until skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool on a rack. Eat and enjoy.

Can be stored in airtight container for 4 days or frozen for 2 weeks.Home Office Mumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18248456622235889204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2133786582796275869.post-77275855279540009302009-01-08T23:12:00.000+00:002009-01-08T23:12:00.000+00:00Ladies - the kidney beans add fibre and staying po...Ladies - the kidney beans add fibre and staying power. They make you feel fuller for longer and mean you use less flour. Such is the logic I think. Katyboo - I made courgette cake last year too and thought it was nice. Maybe I am weird, because as we know you are the cake afficianado.

Ali, I will dig the recipe out tomorrow and send it to you.Home Office Mumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18248456622235889204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2133786582796275869.post-29809906089209816492009-01-08T22:47:00.000+00:002009-01-08T22:47:00.000+00:00What is the purpose of adding red kidney beans to ...What is the purpose of adding red kidney beans to the brownies?
